Classic Oak Fermentation & Creamy Depth
The secret behind its signature profile is the traditional barrel-fermentation process. The ripened fruit is pressed and run off directly into a carefully curated selection of French and American oak barrels (including approximately 20% new American oak wood). The wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation and is left to mature on its fine yeast lees for up to 10 months. The use of American oak barrels introduces a characteristically toasty warmth and vanilla richness, building a beautifully integrated, plush mid-palate weight without compromising the wine's underlying structural finesse.
