Traditional Craftsmanship & Old-Vine Concentration
The secret to this premium Chardonnay lies in its exceptional vine age, which includes some of the oldest Mendoza clone fruit in the region. Hand-harvested blocks are whole-bunch pressed and transferred directly to premium French oak barrels and puncheons for a 100% natural, spontaneous wild fermentation. The wine completes full malolactic fermentation and is left to mature in oak for 11 months, followed by an additional 5 months on its fine yeast lees. This patient, artisanal approach builds a magnificent, creamy texture while preserving the wine's signature mineral nerve.
